Yoast SEO Causing site to slow to crawl

Site was crawling Admin backend same thing Pressing a new page brings it up 2 minutes later.
Disabled all plugins and enabled them one at a time each time checking pingdom speed test when it continues counting out and then errors out I know the page load speed is bad.
When I get to Yoast SEO problem starts. If I disable problem goes away.
using the latest Yoast SEO 3.3.4 and latest WP 4.5.3
using Customizr theme and tried it with twenty Fifteen Theme same results.
Don’t have this problem on any other site.
