Hello,

We’ve been running Yoast SEO on the client’s site with no issues for over 2 years, and thanks for that.

However we’ve been building out conference management functionality with Event Espresso, which includes the ability to use a mobile app (available via Google Play & Apple). The EE app was throwing a “Connection Error. Unable to Load Data” error until we disabled Yoast SEO, after which it worked just fine.

Somme threads to follow on the EE4 side: we did the troubleshooting as recommended there, and none of it worked until we identified the plugin conflict. So I’m providing these links with the thought that they might help in investigating the bug.

It appears the developers over at EE don’t know about the conflict either, so we’re submitting a ticket there too.

@creativtopia not sure. Continuing to chase this with the Event Espresso developers. They seem to think it may be somehow connected to REST API, but not definitively yet.
