Good to everyone. I use yoast seo for some time and the other day it stopped working. Traffic lights do not appear, nor the part to edit titles and meta descriptions. I have tried to update it, uninstall it, deactivate the plugins, clear cache, change the subject and nothing … Can someone please help me?

Same issue on my website; we have recently moved from http to https and I thought that might be the problem, but I’ve actually tried anything that’s been suggested so far and nothing has worked.

    My website is: https://www.radiobicocca.it/

I can confirm the same issue with Yoast SEO Premium after updating to latest version of WordPress.

I have resolved this issue. It was a plugin conflict. As it seems, activating Classic Editor messes up Yoast SEO. To resolve it simply disable Classic Editor.

@fintechfaktor look through error_log, wp-admin/error_log and the browser console for any issues that may apply. Paste here for more help.

Also, if you are not the site administrator, check that your role includes SEO functions and that SEO features have not be disabled for your user account.

Same Problem here – following errors in console

ReferenceError: YoastSEO is not defined (wp-seo-post-scraper-1100.min.js:1:63145)
    TypeError: u.select(…) is null (wp-seo-post-scraper-1100.min.js:5:18066)

Do you also get any mention of script files that were not found?

You might want to try removing the Yoast SEO plugin directory via FTP and then installing it again from the repository. Sometimes, installations can only partially complete, so it’s worth a shot.
