Yoast SEO is eating my meta data

    My site started out on the Thesis theme, using a WordPress SEO plugin. The site was moved over to the Genesis theme, and we were able to move the meta data for each post along with it… but I have no SEO plugin installed at all now. And when I try to install one, it deletes all data (keywords, meta title, etc.) I’ve entered on previous posts over the years.

    Is there a way to install an SEO plugin (preferably the Yoast one) and still keep all of my old meta data? I have over 1000 posts, so I don’t want to go back and have to re-tag every single one.

    Any help would be appreciated so much!
