Do I need to deactivate and deactivate again?

Yesterday It was working flawlessly when I tested it.

Same happening here with me now. I’m used to the new format, hovering over ‘Snippet etc, but with the latest update, I have fields missing. Traffic light remains grey. On other posts and pages the traffic lights are green but the Snippet and Content Analysis are gone.

    Any news on this?

yoast Snippet Editor not working on posts (blank no color buttons only focus keywords is on), but works fine on pages??

    Hi guys
I’m experiencing kind of the same problem here. I can’t remember if I updates something recently (Yoast or any other plug-in) but everything on pages’ back office is blank, including the content.

I’m running the Visual Composer plug-in too, but it never caused trouble before, so I can’t tell if its because of a possible update I did for this plug-in.

Anyway, I hope we’ll find a solution, because I really need to be able to work on the SEO again.

Having an issue here on multiple sites. All shows fine but edits to the META description are not saving.

Any solution or news on this would be most welcome.

If you have anything added to function.php to defer or async load js, try turning that off. Of if you have any plugins for defer loading, deactivate those. Try deferring individual scripts instead.

Tried that, still not working. Seems to be a widespread problem looking at the plugin working status.

Same here since this morning, it is all gone. No snipped editor or focus word, no seo information, all information under titles and metas ALL GONE

Version 3.0.7 works fine, maybe try rolling back to that.

Hi, can you please tell me how to reload the older version, I am still new to this. Thank U

Download the old plugin version from this page: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wordpress-seo/developers/

Then deactivate Yoast SEO plugin in WordPress.

Then unzip the plugin folder you downloaded.

You can then upload the unzipped plugin folder to the website via an FTP program like FileZilla or Transmit (mac).
You will want to upload this to the plugins directory, overwriting the existing Yoast SEO plugin. More details on how to do this can be found here: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Managing_Plugins

Once upload is completed you can reactivate the plugin in WordPress.

    Good luck! ??
