Yoast SEO Plugin "?" are non clickable

I have the Yoast SEO plugin – premium version )in addition to the Video SEO plugin). It seems to work fine except that the “?” (see screenshot) are non clickable and so I can not access the tips/help they provide. My mouse pointer, when hovering over them, does beciome a hand but when I click I get no response.

I am using the Compass Theme. I have tried on both a mac and pc and in both chrome and firefox – all combinations give me the same issue.
