Yoast SEO "SEO Title" not appearing

    Hi,

    My template uses <title><?php wp_title(”); ?></title>

    I’ve set my SEO Title of the home page to:
    “Suicide & Mental illness Prevention, Advocacy & Help – White Wreath Association”, but it remains @
    “Home Page – White Wreath – Action Against Suicide – Mental Health Advocacy”.

    There are no caching plugins installed. I’ve deleted my browser cache and the issue remains.
