Yoast SEO sitemap format error

Hello, I have recently generated a new sitemap for a website which I am submitting to the Google Search Console however I am currently getting the error: ‘Your Sitemap appears to be an HTML page. Please use a supported sitemap format instead.” – I have read your documentation which says I am using W3 Total Cache and this is the issue, however this website uses Litespeed cache. I have attempted to locate these issues writing Litespeed Cache but currently I am unable too. could you help fix?
