Yoast SEO sitemap not working?

    Hi, it seems my xml sitemap is not working again its just showing a white page. Any ideas as this seems to be happening regularly, tried changed permalinks and changing back etc disabling the plugin.

    Also getting loads of Fatal error: Allowed memory size exhausted with the latest wordpress update.
