Hi @knowledgegallery ,
We are sorry you are having issues with the plugin. It’s odd that you are not seeing any option under the SEO tab. Are you running the latest Yoast SEO 14.5?
As this might be an isolated case, can you please share a screenshot of what you are seeing? Also, we suggest running a conflict check just to see if it’s caused by a plugin/theme conflict. You may follow the steps here: https://yoast.com/help/how-to-check-for-plugin-conflicts/.
I am not able to attach the screenshot here. How I attach this directly here??
Hi @knowledgegallery !
You can use sites like imgur.com to share your screenshot. Just provide us with the link.
Hi @knowledgegallery ,
Thank you for your response and for providing us the screenshot.
The screenshot shows that there seems to be a conflict with your theme or plugins.
Just to be sure, we would like to rule out any plugin or theme conflicts that may occur. The fastest way to do this is to?deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme?like?Twenty Nineteen.?
Test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the?Health Check & Troubleshooting?plugin. This plugin allows you to run a conflict check?without affecting normal visitors to your site.
As we can imagine that you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process:?How to check for plugin conflicts.
Hi Jerparx
Thanks for replying
I have checked through the Troubleshooting Plugin. There is no issue found. When I edit the post with block editor it is displaying but in Classic editor, these are not showing.
So please help me to find the issue. Thanks
Thank you for performing a conflict check! Unfortunately, we are unable to replicate the issue on our test site.
Can you please confirm if all your plugins and themes are updated? Is your WordPress also updated to 5.4.2? Have you tried disabling all other plugins and reactivate then one-by-one as suggested?
If the issue only appears when Classic Editor is activated, then it could be the conflicting plugin.I have updated all the plugin and WordPress. Classic Editor does not show any error when I checked the troubleshooting.
It is working on Block editor but not working on Classic editor.A?blank meta box?issue occurs due to a JavaScript conflict.
Do you see any JavaScript errors in your browser console? If so, can you please paste them here so we can investigate the issue further.
Hi Suwash
Thanks for reply to me. I am sending you these errors which are showing in console. Please check this and help me to resolve this issue.Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘loaded’ of undefined

at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (list-block.js?ver=2.2.1:1)Hi,
We are not able to reproduce the issue. With Yoast SEO v14.5 on WordPress v5.4.2 with the Classic Editor v1.5 the metabox loads as expected.
We can only say to make sure with the troubleshooting plugin the classic editor and Yoast were the only plugins active and that you were on a basic theme like 2020. This guide explains more: https://yoast.com/help/how-to-check-for-plugin-conflicts/#plugin
If the issue continues with Yoast and Classic Editor being the only plugin active and you are on a theme like 2020, based on the information you provided, we expect this to be a bug OR something odd in your WordPress software.
Indeed, we see you have reported the issue here https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/issues/15654. We will be closing this in favor of the open issue on GitHub. We ask that all replies be done on the Github repository.
Hi Pcosta88
I have checked with troubleshooting plugin but there is no issue found. It displays on block editor but not display on the classic editor. If I remove classic editor plugin it disables automatically Block editor also.
So please let me know what I do know for this?
ThanksHi,
Can you elaborate more on how you did the troubleshooting plugin?
Did you just enable it?
OR
Did you enter troubleshooting mode and work through the steps that 6, 7 and 8 describe here https://yoast.com/help/how-to-check-for-plugin-conflicts/#plugin?
Hi
I have checked the troubleshooting after entering the troubleshooting mode. Follow all the steps according to the article but there is no issue found.Hi,
We’re not sure what you mean with this:
I have checked with troubleshooting plugin but there is no issue found. It displays on block editor but not display on the classic editor. If I remove classic editor plugin it disables automatically Block editor also.
If you temporarily disable the classic editor plugin, it should automatically use the Gutenberg Block Editor as that is the default editor if you have WordPress 5.0 and up.
So, just to clarify, the issue where the Yoast SEO meta box appears as blank appears when you are using a default theme such as TwentyTwenty and only Yoast SEO 14.5 and Classic Editor 1.5 enabled?
