Yoast SEO XML stemap gets submitted but not indexed

  • I migrated to Yoast SEO from All in one SEO. I activated the XML option in Yoast and deactivated and deleted the Google XML sitemap plugin.

    In the Google Webmasters toolbar, sitemap_index.xml gets submitted without any error. The post_index.xml has 304 url submitted but only 298 are indexed.

    My latest posts (the ones I published after installing Yoast SEO) haven’t been indexed even after 4 days.

    All the tags, pages and authors have been indexed.But the latest posts are not.

    Please help me out!
