The backend area of Yoast is all blank – no setting are available.

Console is reporting the following error:

Uncaught TypeError: window.wpseoHelpScoutBeaconConsent is not a function
        at admin.php?page=wpseo_dashboard:504

Yoast settings cannot be displayed in the admin backend. I tried with Health Check & Troubleshooting and disabling everything except the Yoast plugin, but the issue still occurs.

    Any help for this,

    Thanks

  • Hi @mikeliius12,

Thank you for reaching out. We are sorry about the issue you are having.

This is odd. We were not able to replicate this error on our local test environments, we would like a little more information in order to troubleshoot this issue. Can you give us a little more information?

    A) Are you running the current WordPress version 5.4.1?
    B) Are all other plugins and themes up to date?
    C) Does your site meet the Plugin requirements mentioned here: https://yoast.com/help/plugin-requirements/?
    D) When you did check with Health Check plugin, you mention you disabled all plugins in troubleshooting mode, but did you enable a default twentytwenty theme or similar? There can be a theme conflict as well.

    Looking forward to your reply.

It was the wordpress version, I had 4.9.1 and it was not working.

    Thanks
