@wiesel79 A?blank meta box?issue occurs due to a JavaScript conflict. So?we’d like you to please perform a conflict check. This will help us narrow down the exact cause and determine what the next steps are while saving you time.

    Thank you!

I already tried what YOAST gives as solutions in its helping pages. I tried as well to change the theme of my wordpress / plugins deactivated – but it does not worked.

All my other plugins are up to date.

@wiesel79 Thanks for your reply and for providing the error. The error is a 403 which is a forbidden error. This type of error typically occurs due to an issue with permissions, or if a request was made to the server that was not allowed due to security settings or restrictions on the server.

Are you able to contact your hosting provider and have them check their logs as to what what the specific reason for the 403 response was? A specific reason is normally reported in the server error log.

    Thanks.

I have deinstalled the plugin and installed again. Now it works.

Hi @wiesel79 . I have this same issue.

When you deinstalled and then reinstalled, did it preserve existing SEO metadata? Or did you lose it all and have to start again?

Forgot to check ‘notify me’ so have just commented to allow that. ??

    Hi @lorenmn,

the SEO metadata has been preserved by me.

@wiesel79 That’s great to here. Might give it a go. Thanks.
