Yoast TOC (Table of Content) stopped from auto-generating

    I updated Yoast SEO to 17.1 and the TOC is not auto-generating like it should be.

    Tested on a new installation with the default WordPress theme and only the Yoast SEO and Yoast SEO Premium plugins.

    Still the same.

    As you can see, I am not the only one, because anoter user reported this issue on GitHub. I can only confirm this.
