Yoast/WooCommerce Checkout Issue

    There appears to be a known conflict between WooCommerce & Yoast SEO (https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/known-conflicts) where, when checking out from the store / submitting payment details, the order does not go through. Disabling Yoast seems to make this work ok again.

    Website suggests “The setting “Redirect ugly URL’s to clean permalinks” in SEO > Permalinks is known to break the checkout process since it strips the query string. Turn this option Off” however this option doesn’t seem to appear anywhere on WordPress any more. I’m using Divi Extra theme.

    Hello!

    Can you please make sure you’re running the latest version of WordPress (5.6), Yoast SEO (5.5), as well as the latest version of your theme, and ALL other plugins?

    Hi

    Yes – all plugins are up to date, am running WP 5.6–en_GB, Divi 4.7.7 and Yoast SEO 15.5 (currently disabled).

    I am experiencing the same problem and are struggling with it already for 3 months now.
    Yoast SEO 14.8.1 works fine but any update causes the conflict that the WooCommerce check out page doesn’t go through to ideal portalserver of the chosen bank
    On a clone of the live site I tested all afternoon and no result
    WP 5.6
    All plugins updatet
    PHP 7.4
    Divi EXtra theme 4.7.7 with a child

    Can you please offer a solution?
