yoast_i18n_v3 not found error

    Hello,

    Client reported “yoast_i18n_v3 not found” fatal error, but I was able to replicate it. Please see screenshot: https://ibb.co/tPrGwgM

    We are using free version 22.5, and premium version 19.4

    How can I replicate and fix this?
