Yost post box not opening

If you were to disable the Guttenburg editor, can you confirm that this resolves the issue, and the Yoast SEO meta box loads as expected?

No… When I disable the Gutemberg the problem begin…:(

I deactivated and deleted the Gutenberg plugin and the Yoast SEO plugin is working again!
