    People are trying to submit reviews using Yotpo on my Woocommerce Product page. It hasn’t worked for months – but recently a few people have successfully submitted reviews. I have free versions of both plugins. Both are regularly updated. Woocommerce Version 6.4.0 and Yotpo version Version 1.1.8.

    I tried this fix https://support.yotpo.com/en/article/reviews-widget-freezes-when-trying-to-post-a-review-troubleshooting-guide but when I do a search on ‘yotpo main widget’, it says phrase not found.

    Here is what the Yotpo Support Person says:

    Andrea (06/04/2022, 16:39:08): I'm using the Free version of Yotpo - as a widget on my Woocommerce platform.  My customers are unable to post reviews - it just buffers for hours and never shows up.  How can I fix this? 
    Kenneth John M (06/04/2022, 17:06:36): I tried to replicate the issue on a clean environment and it allows me to submit a review without buffering. It seems that the issue is caused by something else not with Yotpo I recommend you to contact your developer or reach out to WooCommerce for further assistance. I'll send you a screenshot showing that I was able to submit a test review on a clean environment.

    I messaged Woocommerce support last week, but didn't get a response.  Can anyone on here help me with 'a code on my theme/backend'?  I'm not very good at all this, but I'm very good at following instructions.  Thank you so much - I appreciate any help I can get.

    In absence on the complete system status report I’m assuming that you are using the Yotpo: Product & Photo Reviews for WooCommerce plugin. Is that correct?

    If you are not using that plugin, then in order for us to get a better idea of your setup, could you please share a full copy of your site’s System Status? (You can, of course, redact any sensitive or identifiable information, if you’d prefer) You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
