You already have a show scheduled for that time

    Hello,

    Whenever I try to schedule a show for Thursday I get the following message:

    You already have a show scheduled for that time.

    I do not have any shows that are clashing with Thursday. I deleted everything and re inputted all the shows for the week and still have the same issue.

    It is only effecting the Thursday?

    I need help with this desperately.

    We are investigating this issue and will get back to soon, please be patient as we a yet to replicate the error in our test environment.
    We will log into your dashboard later today to look at your settings please note we may make changes to your JOAN settings, and to your WordPress including but not limited temporarily disabling plugins and switching to WP default theme. All changes we make will be completely reverse-able and will DO NO HARM to your website.

    You website is not resolving properly your server seems to be down.

    Hi,

    I have been in touch with the hosting company and they have said there are no server issues that would cause the issue.

    Can you have another look into this for me.

    If you need access to the file manager I can send you access to that?

    All had to delete your schedule and re-enter schedule based on what you had previously, you can make changes by simply expanding and editing the names, adding images.

    If you going past midnight on any day you must set, let’s say 10pm Monday to 12am Tuesday.(the show will remain in the Monday schedule)

    If the previous day’s show ends at midnight next morning you must continue from midnight that day e.g. Sunday 22:00 – Monday 00:00, you must continue from Monday 00:00 – Monday 08:00 or 07:00, or 10:00, or 12:00 and so on.

    Note because you start Sunday at midnight Saturday must end at 23:59(11:59pm)
