You are already logged in message and no redirection

  • Hello, sometimes (not always) using incognito browser mode, when I try to access to the site in the login form, it does not redirect, the browser remains on access form, with the message “you are already logged in”.

    I got to try several times and it finally works. What could be causing this?

    Hello @liderdigital,

    Thank you for writing to us. “you are already logged in” should appear only if the user is logged in. We noticed that you are using a cache plugin. Can you disable it and then let us know the results?

    Hi, is this solved? I’m getting the same problem. Was working fine, but now when I try to login with incognito mode it’s starting to say ‘You are already logged in’.

    Even if I press the logout button and try to login again nothing changes.

    Would be great if the automatic redirection would work when displaying this message. This message doesn’t make any sense at all. Should just always redirect to the My Account page in my opinion.
