I am using Ultimate Member, www.ads-software.com, Bluehost, and Elementor.

When I use incognito, I am able to register, login, and view all content fine. IT works flawlessly.

When I register on an iphone I have issues. After a user registers they are redirected to the login page where they see “your account” and “logout” and this is correct. But when they click “Signup Here” and go back to the registration page it is supposed to say “You are already logged in” but it does not say this. Instead, it still shows all the boxes for registering again. Also, when the user clicks on “Warmup” at the bottom menu, then clicks “start” the user gets redirected back to the registration page which is not correct.

After a user is already registered and attempts to login at a later time I also have issues. After the user logs in, the login page does not say “Your account” or “logout.” Again, when the users clicks “Signup Here” and goes back to the registration page it is supposed to say “You are already logged in” but it does not say this. Also, some pages will open but some keep sending me back to the registration page.

Yesterday, I did change my wordpress permalinks from the “plain (number)” type to the “post name” type. I went in fixed any broken links, but did this mess up Ultimate Member too?

I also occasionally get “maybe this page is cached” messages when trying to login.

What should I do to get my Ultimate Member register and login pages working like they did before?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

…this site is only viewable at mobile size. It hasn’t been made responsive for computer or tablet yet. Also, I am not a coder, but I can follow directions.

…my site works flawlessly on an iPhone when viewing it in “private” mode which I assume is like incognito.

What do I need to do to make my site work in the normal browner? Is it a cache issue?

    Hi @jordanoboylex

Have you tried excluding UM pages from the cache and see if the issue goes away?

I am still having the same problem after I tried excluding the following UM pages from the cache:

    https://dailycrosstrain.com/user/, https://dailycrosstrain.com/account/, https://dailycrosstrain.com/login/, https://dailycrosstrain.com/logout/, https://dailycrosstrain.com/register/, https://dailycrosstrain.com/members/, https://dailycrosstrain.com/password-reset/

Clearing the cache of these above pages did not resolve the issue. So, I put the cache back to how it was before, currently, no cache is being cleared.

Even before I cleared the cache of the above pages, my problem of certain pages not connecting after login now works. It seems to resolved itself on its own. Also, when I go the registration page after logging in, it says “You are already registered” which is correct.

Currently, my only issue is after the user logs in, the login page does not say “Your account” or “logout” (like it used to say before).

Also, when I view the site in Private Mode on an iphone or in incognito on the computer, everything works fine.

I didn’t change anything, but now my site now shows “your account” and “logout” when the user is signed in which is correct. The site also shows “you are already registered” when the user is signed in, which is correct.

Now, the problem is, when the user is signed in, they get redirected to the register page when they try to view dailycrosstrain.com/warmup-video/. This is not correct, users that are signed in are supposed to be able to see this page.

It seems that problem keeps bouncing around. Any ideas? Again, everything works fine in incognito/private mode.

Now, without changing anything, the “logout” and “your account” are missing after the user logs in.

Previously I had removed the cache from the um pages but it didn’t work. Do I need to clear use cache too?

It doesn’t appear on the page below when you’re logged-in?

I’m not sure if this was the fix but, I used the WP Fastest Cache plugin to exclude “all pages.” Initially, this didn’t fix the issue, but when I checked the site later in the day it worked (maybe there is some sort of delay)?

Next, I’ll try only excluding the UM pages (again) and see what happens.

This issue can be marked as resolved.

    Thank you Champ!
