“You are missing”… but everything is here.

Hi,
I installed EWWW Image Optimizer in a WordPress on Windows (Wamp) and everything was fine.
Then I moved the website online and the plugin is telling me that I am missing gifsicle and webp.
But I went to my files, and binaries were there. (windows binaries from my windows installation + new binaries downloaded by the plugin: cwebp, gifsicle, jpegtran, optipng). I’ve put the folders and filed rights on 755, but still nothing.
What should I do? If this is a problem with my hosting service, what should I ask them?
