“{“code”:”rest_forbidden”,”message”:”Sorry, you are not allowed to do that.”,”data”:{“status”:403}}”

    Origin address is marked valid.
    Destination address is marked valid.
    Packages is marked valid.

What could the error be referring to?

No rates are showing up in the rates drop down.

    Hi there!

Where does this error appear? I see “403” as the status code for an error, which typically means that the files are there, but are inaccessible for some reason: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_403

You could check on your server to make sure that all of the folders and files in the wp-content folder is set to 0755 permissions, which could be done with a FTP program like Cyberduck: https://cyberduck.io/

There’s some information about WordPress and file permissions here: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Changing_File_Permissions

And of course, your web host should be able to help with this.

Let me know if this works for you!

    Hi there!

We will need one of your developers to take a look at that message in more detail.

Could you please open a ticket here?

    https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?

Select WooCommerce Extensions on the left and then WooCommerce Services in the dropdown.

If you let me know the ticket number here I can find it more quickly.

    Thanks!

I went back and tried half an hour later and it… worked? So never mind. The rates are populating the drop-down and it seems to be fine.

I jumped the gun! My apologies. Thank you for the quick attention; that was amazing.
