If you are the site owner or have an admin role, but you’re still seeing the this error when trying to log in to your own website, then something has gone wrong with the permissions.

Maybe there was an issue with a WordPress update. Maybe there was a problem when a theme or plugin was updated. Or maybe something has gone wrong with your configuration.

after 1 or 2 hours problem will go away without me doing anything.

That can happen when caching is involved. There might have been some external problem outside of WordPress that was soon resolved, but caching causes it to appear like the problem persists.

Intermittent problems are very difficult to resolve unless you can find a way to reliably induce the problem. IME intermittent problems have generally been server related and external to WordPress itself. Server issues like limited resources such as CPU, memory, bandwidth, etc. Your hosting control panel should have some way to check resource usage to confirm that this is the problem.

I don’t have resource problem. checked that. i suspect that Imunify360 in cpanel cause this but hosting provider rejected my claim.

It very well could be a server security module at fault. It’s odd that it’s intermittent, but no unheard of. If you have trouble with a fresh WP installation that has no plugins and one of the default themes, the trouble is almost certainly external to WP itself.

whenever this kind of error show up i can’t use wordpress.

Sorry about the slow reply. Notification got misdirected. ModSecurity is likely installed and managed by your host. If it’s blocking legitimate requests, those requests need to be white listed. Contact your host for assistance.
