"You are now logged out." When I try to log in

I get the message "You are now logged out." when I try to log into my website. I noticed this occurred right after I tried to re-enable the SSL for the admin dashboard. The first time I tried it, the box remained unchecked after reset. The second time I checked it and applied, I was unable to log in after reset.

SSL settings for the rest of the site were set to "per content"
