    Thanks for reaching out. This is caused by an incorrect Stripe API Key or Webhook Endpoint configuration.

    Please triple check the connected Stripe account to your WooCommerce site is the Platform Account, and that you’ve properly created the Webhooks and configured the Webhook Secret Key.

    We’ve previously found users have created an improper Webhook “Type” for their connected accounts instead of the “Account” Webhook for their Platform account. I suggest deleting webhooks you’ve created and starting fresh. There is a small option when creating the webhook to select the “Account” type, and this could be the issue even if the keys are correct.

    Will mark this resolved for now, but please reach out should you continue to face any other issues. I can say with a guarantee that it 100% has to do with webhook configuration.
