You cannot add this bundle to the cart

This can be triggered by several factors. If you add some private or draft product to the subitems inside smart bundles, they won’t work. Our plugin only accepts publicly published subproducts that are in stock and purchasable with a price.

May I have some images of the backend bundle setttings you’re using?

Please also provide us with a public link to your published bundle so that we can check it directly from our end here.

If it works after resaving, the backend settings should be fine.
It even worked before this issue occured.

IF a subitems is set to private and back to public, and afterwards this is causing the issue, well than this is just a bug which has to be fixed.

When changes applied to your products in the backend don’t reflect in the frontend, the caches and temporary files from both the caching plugin on your site or server and the browser should be completely deleted to make sure the database is updated in the real time and changes are reflected in the frontend.

There is not much can be done about this from our plugin side, unfortunately.

Private products and draft products are not supported in our plugin – this is not a bug. Users can choose to hide the list of subproducts on the bundle page, but cannot add items that are not publicly published to smart bundles because our plugin can’t determine the validity of these items.
