You cannot receive more than one review

    Hello, in my case, we need the services to be able to receive reviews from anyone, and it is happening that if 1 user leaves a review and is not a customer, that is, they have not purchased the product, but if they have consumed it, this being a service, It does not allow another review to be added on the same product by a third party.

    Example:

    Product A: Receive review by PEDRO PEREZ. who has not purchased the service but leaves his review.
    Product A: John Wick wants to leave a review on PRODUCT A, but the form does not enable the option to leave a review. because PEDRO PEREZ already left one

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    You can use the option “One review per product and customer”: our plugin will not send any new review reminders for a product after a customer wrote at least one review for that product. Following this solution Is It Possible to Limit Reviews per Product for a Customer?

    But in this case, the customer “PEDRO” has to purchase the product in order to receive the review reminder email and submit a review.
