we have also tried deactivating some plugins and updating everything, but we have not solved it

what is the cause and how to solve it?

    thank you

Thanks for reaching out. Try going to our plugin’s Settings page. Select the Cache Time of 1 Hour, click the Save Settings button, and then click the Clear Cache button. Let me know if that helps.

I had the same problem. But clearing the cache with the cache button solved it. I’m worried about the problem appearing again in the future, so I will stay tuned to this thread if someone achieve a permanent solution.

    Thanks!

hello, the pictures now show up but the problem is that the feed does not update, only the old posts show up despite the fact that my client has already updated his instragram page several times by adding new posts. I then tried to reconnect and everything seems ok, but the feed still doesn’t update and this error appears above it

A Valid access token is required to request this resource. Here are some possible solutions to fix the error. NOTICE: Error only visible to Admin.

what does it depend on and how to solve it?

    thank you

@wilky76 Try going to the feed edit page in question and check to see if there is an error message about your access token. Usually, that message only appears if the token has expired or someone has changed the password for the Instagram account. For additional assistance please also fill out the details in the blue beacon in the bottom right corner of the feed edit page in question, this will give me more details about your options and system info so I can assist in debugging further. Thank you so much for your patience too as we work through this issue ??

hi, i saw that there was an old feed and not the last one created, putting the last one now everything is ok. but every time you disconnect it that needs to be reconnected, a new feed is created and therefore that one on the page also needs to be updated?
