You Can’t Create Users

  • I am trying to create a user. Keep getting the error message: You can’t create users

    I have searched for a solution and tried the deactivate all plugins and active one by one trick, but have not found a definitive response from support about how to fix this.

    So can someone please come up with a solution for us non-tekkie types.
