    It seems to be a nice plugin, but you can’t try anything unless you subscribe for a paid plan, and i haven’t seen that mentioned anywhere in the app before the installation

Additionally, we have information bars within the app about your current free plan and why upgrade. Our Free plan allows you to browse among products and access their wholesale prices. You can also collect those you love into Favorites within the app. By upgrading, you can import products into your online store to start selling, and you can sync orders to your suppliers. If you have any questions or need assistance in selecting a plan, our support team is happy to help, please feel free to reach out to us via in-app chat or email.

    yes it does mention that you can try it for free to browse on your site in an FAQ section, beside that after installing the plugin on my site there was nothing on the dashboard (i didn’t know that you had to pay then) so i reached out to the supp to ask about it, why the dashboard is not showing anything on my site, wich was time consuming browsing all the AI questions, to finally get this upgrade your plane to get support, fine but i had just a question !
    make it obvious on the repo that for the free plan you just browse products and it’s not free support.

    Our support is completely free for all users, regardless of their subscription status. Direct human support is available even on our Free plan.

    Regarding plan details, our pricing page includes a detailed comparison table, and the in-app pricing section also outlines what each plan includes. We also have information bars in the app indicating the features available on the Free plan, which allows you to browse products, view wholesale prices, and save items to Favorites. The main focus is that upgrading enables product imports and order synchronization.

    That being said, while I understand the factual points you’ve outlined, my experience with your support team was unfortunately not as seamless or helpful as I had hoped. Regardless of the accuracy of the information provided, the interaction itself was frustrating and did not meet the level of support I would expect.
