    It is written in PHP and depends on WordPress code. So in order to use this plugin, you need to install WordPress.

    Another option is to use the RSS feed this plugin produces. So if your web site without WordPress has the ability to display items of RSS feed, then run a WordPress site with this plugin somewhere and fetch the feed to your production site.
