Good morning, I hereby inform you of support because in this last period I am encountering some important problems regarding promotions on Facebook. In particular, when I activate the promotion with the carousel and the “Buy Now” call to action button, the links do not work and do not send me back to the product page of the site. Instead, the user is taken to an error page “You do not have access. This feature is not yet available to you.” This can cause problems and potentially reduce the efficiency of the user’s conversion.
Can you at support resolve the problem? Or is it a Facebook error? I just installed the latest version of the plugin but the problem continues to persist both for me and for other online stores.

  • Hey there, @creditoinsieme! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

Do you mind sharing screenshots of the page you are seeing the error?
I recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

Can you also please share the Fatal error logs (if any) and Facebook errors under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for errors.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

This is the image capture of the error page. While this is the link:

    https://business.facebook.com/out_of_scope_redirect/?in_business_subdomain=1&out_of_scope_page_type=default&wtsid=rdr_0ZjdSgg7ydCeSzqWP

I specify that this error also only appears in the mobile version. In the deskotp version everything works correctly.

    Hi @creditoinsieme,

Thank you for sharing more details. Just to clarify: can you tell us if this error is appearing to you when trying to save the settings, or if you were actually able to save the settings, and it’s appearing to users instead when they’re trying to use the “Buy now” call to action button?

If it’s the later, I’d suggest asking Facebook support about this, since it’d seem an error on their side. Especially considering this works on Desktop and not on mobile. If it’s an error for you when trying to save the settings, can you try logging out of your Facebook account on mobile and trying again?

    Please, keep us posted.

    Thanks!
