If you have an issue with the admin role and you didn’t access the settings menu, you can install the user role manager plugin and set “enabled” for access to the settings.
But if you have an issue with another WordPress role and you didn’t access settings, make sure your user has the right access to the other options. Anyway, you can manage all your users’ access to the WordPress menu with the Role Manager plugins.
