    I had a user report that they tried to subscribe via the icegram popup, and it gave them this error: You do not have permission to add subscriber. I tried to subscribe with an email address of my own and got the same error. The last successful subscriber was 3 days ago. How do I fix this?

    Hello,

    Can you clear the cache and try subscribing again? This should work.
    Also, if this works you can set the cache timeout/expiry to around 3hrs through the cache plugin you are using so that you do not have clear the cache manually again.
