    Hello, I installed the free version of the plug-in to test things out before I purchased an upgrade.

    When testing the purchasing process, the link to the downloads generates this error “You do not have permission to download this file”. I have the payment gateway set to test payment. Here is a (free) product/download page if you would like to test it out for yourself: https://www.journalbuddies.com/downloads/107/

    I checked with my webhost and they investigated and directed me to get contact with plugin support. Please help me resolve this issue and display the download page.
