I have admin access so that is not the problem.

This is most likely caused by the wp_die code on line 916 in the function.php. I am working on finding a solution.

For now, you can most likely just remove the wp_die code on lines 916-919 in the function.php.

One other question. Are you a Admin or Super Admin (like in multisite)?

I think I may have fixed it in Disable Updates Manager 4.2.21.

I just had this same problem on one of my websites. All that I did was deactivate it and then activate it and it worked.
