You do not have permissions to make this API call

Hi

I have set up this plugin – GREAT PRODUCT man, but getting stuck in having to enter the username of the third-party’s PayPal account to whom I wish to grant permissions.

As I do not know the PayPal username, I get this message when wanting to use the ‘Paypa Express Checkout button’
‘10002 – You do not have permissions to make this API call’

I tried this ‘https://buildconfidence.co/?wc-api=WC_Gateway_Paypal’ and WC_Gateway_Paypal [from forums] as a Third Party Permission Username in pal permissions section, but does not want to work.

Could you PLEASE assist?
