You do not have sufficient permissions

Hey all, I have ran into a problem and was wondering if you guys could help me out. I have created a WordPress site and have been working on it for weeks. Everything was updated, and plugins were working fine. All of a sudden I start to get a message saying ‘You do not have sufficient permissions’. I have tried manually using SQL and creating my own temporary admin account, but that did not work either. I was wondering if you guys could help me out
