    Same issue here. There really isn’t much to screenshot, it’s a blank white page that just says…

    “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

    These are the pages where this appears…

    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=zopim_customize_widget
    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=zopim_dashboard

    Here’s my list of plugins, in case of some compatibility issue…

    I even checked the role permissions with WP Role Manager, and it shows that I have permission to edit these two pages specifically, yet this error still appears.

    Also, while I’m at it, none of the jquery I’m entering into the config area seems to take effect.

    I’m trying to set this up so that the chat window is as minimized and small as possible when the page loads. I just want that little sliver that says “we’re online” or whatever in the bottom right. The chat window is very large & gaudy in my opinion, and I don’t want it to take away from the rest of my site by having it there.

    The “insufficient permission” error should be solved by now. Please give it a check and let us know if you still encounter any problem.

    For the chat window, do you mean the widget shown on your website? If so, you can easily make it look smaller and dock it at the bottom of a page. You can go to “Customize” tab to do that.

    For those curious, this was the code I needed to make it work the way I wanted… I had assumed that the WP plugin would have the “new” API…but this is from the “old” one I guess…
