You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page

I recently installed the plugin and it was not letting me enter data into any field. I uninstalled and reinstalled and now I cannot access any of the plugin settings pages.

I found the issue. When I uninstalled, option in options table are not removed.
The create_db function of wp-athletics-db.php checks the db version with wp-athletics_db_version option. So if you installed the plugin before, a new installation does not install the db.
