You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page

Hello,

I’ve used this tool many times to export and import and have never had a problem. Today when I exported from my staging site and imported to my local site I got the message ‘You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page’ and could not access my wp-admin. I also noticed that there was a prefix SERVER_MASK in the usermeta table for a few values instead of the usual prefix, wp. Please help if at all possible! I’d like to stick with this plugin as it has always served us very well, but may not be able to if I can’t resolve this.
