• I just installed your widget and I am now getting this error on the /wp-admin/ page. I’m googling to see if there’s a solution to get me back into the dashboard. I would appreciate assistance as soon as possible

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

Update: I can access the dashboard by adding /plugins.php to the end.
I created a new user and logged in as that new user. Still get the error above.

In Users, selected account and then chose “Administrator” in the “Change role to” drop down. No luck

I tried the approach listed at the below URL to verify if the table prefix in the Database in the wp_usermeta table matched what was in the config. All rows appeared to match the config. I did not see any oddities.

    UPDATE: xx = table_prefix.
    — I don’t have a field called xx_User_Roles in the xx_options table.
    — Someone suggested deleting my .htaccess file. Tried that.
    — Created a new administrator login. Used that one and deleted all the others.
    — I can access wp-admin IF I am not an administrator. All other levels can go see it.
    — All prefixes in the tables all look in order and have correct case.
    — I changed the value a:1:{s:13:”administrator”;b:1;} there were some other suggestions to use a different value. Currently back to this one.
