"You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page"

    I can’t access the admin area at all.
    I was logged in quite a while, did a wordpress update successfully,installed a few plugins,worked with them.
    Then i logged out. It’s possible to log in again, but i’m not able to edit the pages or access dashboard.
    I get the message:
    “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page”
    We are 3 admins and all have the same problem.
    Could it have something to do with the new plugins?
    I’m able to access the database still.
    That’s all.

    What can i do now?

    Strange thing, i found out that my admionistrator permissions had been deleted. Somehow i made it, to change it
