    Hello,

I get through the importing process just fine. I click the link to go change the permalink settings, it asks me to update the database, then it takes me to the WP login page. All normal. But when I login, I get the error message: “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

Permissions for wp-content on the imported file is set to 0755 which is usually what I have it set to with no issues.

Not sure if the issue could be that I am importing a WP 4.3.3 site onto a WP 4.5.1 site? (I’m moving it over to do updates and whatnot.)

Thanks in advance for your help! (Love this plugin!)

    Hi jen697,

I am sorry for the inconvenience.
Could you check if there is username in your database (inside wp_users table).
Are you using the same username/password for both sites?

    Hello,

Yes, there is a username in the database.

And no, each website is using a different username and password.

    Hi jen697,

Do you mind sending me an email to support at servmask.com, so I can have an engineer look into your case?

    Hi Pim,

Thanks so much for all your help!

For anyone else who has the same issue, it was a matter of matching up the database table prefixes and certain field names between the two sites. Since I was moving an older site onto a fresh WP install to run updates, I just re-created the fresh install and specified the database prefix to match the old site.
