I am using Events Manager Version 5.6.5 (The latest) and also have a multi site setup.

I have having issues with emails with Events Manager; when someone books an event nor the member or me gets a email notification. Therefore, I have tired to look at the email settings by going to My Sites > Network Admin > Events Manager but I get the error message “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

I am the network admin for the site and never had this problem. I have also tried to disable all other plugins and had the same result.

    Thanks in advance.

    I am using Version 4.5.3

Can you test with all other plugins deactivated and while running the default WordPress theme? It could be something is triggering an incorrect permissions setting.

Hi, sorry for the late reply… I didn’t get a notification and been really busy.

I have deactivated all plugins except the Events Manager and this problem is still occurring. I have also changed the theme and still no access.

I have built a new website on a subdomain and I am still getting this problem with a slightly different message. “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

    Thank you
