You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page

Hi, I recently installed WordPress 3.0.1 on my host’s server, installed a theme etc and everything was fine. I made a bit of a mess of my website as I’m new to WordPress, so decided to start again from scratch. I cleaned up my account (cleared all files) re-created my database (with the same name, password etc) and installed WordPress again. My website “www.hsdesign.comuf.com” looks fine, but I can’t access my WordPress dashboard. When I go to log in I get the following message: “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

I have checked that the prefix is the same.
All the details in my wp_config.php document seem correct.

I am completely stuck here. If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated.
