"You do not have sufficient permissions" when activating Polylang

    I tried to use Polylang with a fresh WordPress 3.2.2. Unfortunately, when I activate the plugin it doesn’t allow me to access the admin zone, showing this message:

    You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page

    After googling a bit, I concluded that this error can happen for many different reasons:

    – Conflict between Polylang and another plugin/theme.
    – Problem with custom table prefix (does Polylang support prefixed tables? I assume it does).
    – Problem after, migration, etc.

    I tried to activate it with a fresh WordPress install, with the default theme and Polylang as the only plugin.

    I know PHP/HTML/JS… so I will thank any suggestions on how to solve it or at least how to debug it ??

    Hi again,

    I noticed that the error happens when I use a Catalan (WPLANG = ‘ca’) version of WordPress. With an original, English-only install the plugin works fine.
