You do not receive emails when registering instructors, students or courses.

I am using the Tutor LMS version, and I do all the configurations but when someone registers as an instructor, student or in a course, they do not receive a notification email.
Do I need the PRO version to receive the notification email?
I have tried what you recommend https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/troubleshooting/emails-not-sent/ , but it is still the same.
