You don’t deactivate plugins

Hi, I used Maintenace as a site maintenance intro plugin, and once the work was completed I applied off on the plugin to reactivate the site. However, this doesn’t show me the site correctly as seen in the backend. I tried on multiple browsers and cleared cache.. but nothing… can you help me… please..
